Terms of Service

1. Pilot service, provided “as is”

Simply Sign is currently offered as a pilot and is under active development. Features, including AI sign-language translation, are still improving and may be incomplete, change, or be unavailable. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including as to accuracy of translation. Do not rely on it for emergency, medical, legal, or other critical communication where an error could cause harm; use a qualified human interpreter for those situations.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, using it unlawfully, or infringing the rights of others.

3. Accounts

If your organisation is given access to the platform, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, avatar, content, and branding, belongs to Simply Sign and is protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited right to use the Service as intended; no other rights are transferred.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Sign is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on the accuracy of AI-generated translation, during the pilot or otherwise.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; we will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
